أَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو الْفَتْحِ هِلَالُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ جَعْفَرٍ الْحَفَّارُ بِبَغْدَادَ أنبأ الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ يَحْيَى بْنِ عَيَّاشٍ الْقَطَّانُ ثنا يَحْيَى بْنُ السَّرِيِّ ثنا جَرِيرٌ عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ السَّائِبِ عَنْ حَرْبِ بْنِ هِلَالٍ ح وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو عَلِيٍّ الرُّوذْبَارِيُّ أنبأ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكْرٍ ثنا أَبُو دَاوُدَ ثنا مُسَدَّدٌ ثنا أَبُو الْأَحْوَصِ ثنا عَطَاءُ بْنُ السَّائِبِ عَنْ حَرْبِ بْنِ عُبَيْدِ اللهِ عَنْ جَدِّهِ أَبِي أُمِّهِ عَنْ أَبِيهِ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ إِنَّمَا الْعُشُورُ عَلَى الْيَهُودِ وَالنَّصَارَى وَلَيْسَتْ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ عُشُورٌ لَفْظُ حَدِيثِ أَبِي الْأَحْوَصِ وَفِي رِوَايَةِ جَرِيرٍ قَالَ عَنْ حَرْبِ بْنِ هِلَالٍ عَنْ أَبِي أُمِّهِ رَجُلٌ مِنْ بَنِي تَغْلِبَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ لَيْسَ عَلَى الْمُسْلِمِينَ عُشُورٌ إِنَّمَا الْعُشُورُ عَلَى الْيَهُودِ وَالنَّصَارَى
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu al-Fath Hilal ibn Muhammad ibn Ja'far al-Haffar in Baghdad informed us, al-Husayn ibn Yahya ibn 'Ayyash al-Qattan narrated to us, Yahya ibn al-Sariy narrated to us, Jarir narrated to us from 'Ata' ibn al-Sa'ib, from Harb ibn Hilal. And Abu 'Ali al-Rudhbari informed us, Muhammad ibn Bakr narrated to us, Abu Dawud narrated to us, Musaddad narrated to us, Abu al-Ahwas narrated to us, 'Ata' ibn al-Sa'ib narrated to us from Harb ibn 'Ubaydullah, from his grandfather (the father of his mother), from his father, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "The tithes are only upon the Jews and the Christians, and there are no tithes upon the Muslims." This is the wording of the hadith.
