وَأَخْبَرَنَا أَبُو طَاهِرٍ الْفَقِيهُ وَأَبُو سَعِيدِ بْنُ أَبِي عَمْرٍو قَالَا نا أَبُو الْعَبَّاسِ الْأَصَمُّ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ نا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ نا عِيسَى بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ عَنِ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ عَائِشَةَ ؓ قَالَتْ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَعْلِنُوا هَذَا النِّكَاحَ وَاجْعَلُوهُ فِي الْمَسَاجِدِ وَاضْرِبُوا عَلَيْهِ بِالدُّفُوفِ وَلْيُولِمْ أَحَدُكُمْ وَلَوْ بِشَاةٍ فَإِذَا خَطَبَ أَحَدُكُمُ امْرَأَةً وَقَدْ خَضَبَ بِالسَّوَادِ فَلْيُعْلِمْهَا وَلَا يَغُرَّنَّهَا عِيسَى بْنُ مَيْمُونٍ ضَعِيفٌ
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Tahir the jurist and Abu Sa'id bin Abi Amr informed us... from Aisha (may Allah be pleased with her), who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: Announce this marriage, hold it in the mosques, and beat the tambourines for it. And let each of you hold a wedding feast even if it is with a single sheep. And if one of you proposes to a woman and has dyed his hair black, let him inform her and not deceive her.
