قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ : مَالِكٌ وَحَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ إِذَا قُلْتَ لِصَاحِبِكَ وَالْإِمَامُ يَخْطُبُ أَنْصِتْ فَقَدْ لَغَوْتَ قَالَ قَرَأْتُ عَلَى عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ : مَالِكٌ عَنِ ابْنِ شِهَابٍ عَنِ ابْنِ الْمُسَيَّبِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِثْلَ ذَلِكَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
He said: I read to 'Abd al-Rahman: from Malik; and Ishaq told us: Malik informed us, from Abu al-Zinad, from al-A'raj, from Abu Hurayrah, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "If you say to your companion, 'Be quiet,' while the imam is delivering the sermon, you have engaged in idle talk." He said: I read to 'Abd al-Rahman: Malik, from Ibn Shihab, from Ibn al-Musayyab, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, the like of that.
