حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ وَبَهْزٌ قَالَا حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ عَدِيِّ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ قَالَ بَهْزٌ فِي حَدِيثِهِ قَالَ أَخْبَرَنِي عَدِيُّ بْنُ ثَابِتٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا حَازِمٍ الْمَعْنَى يُحَدِّثُ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ أَنَّ رَجُلًا أَتَى النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ وَهُوَ كَافِرٌ فَكَانَ يَأْكُلُ أَكْلًا كَثِيرًا ثُمَّ إِنَّهُ أَسْلَمَ فَكَانَ يَأْكُلُ أَكْلًا قَلِيلًا فَذُكِرَ ذَلِكَ لِلنَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ إِنَّ الْكَافِرَ يَأْكُلُ فِي سَبْعَةِ أَمْعَاءٍ وَإِنَّ الْمُسْلِمَ يَأْكُلُ فِي مِعًى وَاحِدٍ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Muhammad ibn Ja'far and Bahz told us: Shu'bah told us, from Adi ibn Thabit - Bahz said in his narration: Adi ibn Thabit informed me, saying: I heard Abu Hazim narrate the same meaning from Abu Hurairah, that a man came to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, while he was a disbeliever, and he used to eat a great deal; then he embraced Islam, and he began to eat only a little. This was mentioned to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, and he said: "The disbeliever eats with seven intestines, while the Muslim eats with one intestine."
