حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَمْرٍو عَنْ أَبِي سَلَمَةَ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّمَا الْإِمَامُ لِيُؤْتَمَّ بِهِ فَإِذَا كَبَّرَ فَكَبِّرُوا وَإِذَا رَكَعَ فَارْكَعُوا وَإِذَا قَالَ سَمِعَ اللَّهُ لِمَنْ حَمِدَهُ فَقُولُوا رَبَّنَا لَكَ الْحَمْدُ وَإِنْ صَلَّى جَالِسًا فَصَلُّوا جُلُوسًا أَجْمَعُونَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, he said: Muhammad ibn Amr narrated to us, from Abu Salamah, from Abu Hurayrah who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "The imam is appointed to be followed. When he says takbir, say takbir; when he bows, bow; when he says 'Sami Allahu liman hamidah,' say 'Rabbana lakal-hamd'; and if he prays sitting, then pray sitting, all of you."
