حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ جَعْفَرٍ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ مُحَمَّدٍ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ قَالَ الْبَهِيمَةُ عَقْلُهَا جُبَارٌ وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمُسُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Muhammad ibn Ja'far narrated to us, he said: Hisham narrated to us, from Muhammad, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) that he said: "Injuries caused by animals are without liability, wells are without liability, and in buried treasure (rikaz) there is one-fifth (as zakah)."
