حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمُ بْنُ الْقَاسِمِ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو جَعْفَرٍ يَعْنِي الرَّازِيَّ عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الْعَجْمَاءُ جُبَارٌ وَالْبِئْرُ جُبَارٌ وَالْمَعْدِنُ جُبَارٌ وَفِي الرِّكَازِ الْخُمْسُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu Hurayrah narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "An injury caused by an animal is without liability, a well is without liability, a mine is without liability, and in buried treasure (rikaz) there is one-fifth (as zakah)."
