حَدَّثَنَا سُرَيْجُ بْنُ النُّعْمَانِ حَدَّثَنَا فُلَيْحٌ عَنْ نَافِعٍ عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَخَّرَ لَيْلَةً الْعِشَاءَ حَتَّى رَقَدْنَا ثُمَّ اسْتَيْقَظْنَا ثُمَّ رَقَدْنَا ثُمَّ اسْتَيْقَظْنَا وَإِنَّمَا حَبَسَنَا لِوَفْدٍ جَاءَهُ ثُمَّ خَرَجَ فَقَالَ لَيْسَ أَحَدٌ يَنْتَظِرُ الصَّلَاةَ غَيْرُكُمْ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Surayj ibn al-Nu'man told us, Fulayh told us, from Nafi', from Ibn Umar, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, delayed the Isha prayer one night until we slept, then woke up, then slept again, then woke up again; and he had only been detained by a delegation that came to him. Then he came out and said: "No one is waiting for the prayer except you."
