Abd al-Razzaq told us, he said: Ibn Jurayj informed us, he said: Sulayman ibn Musa informed me that Ibn Shihab informed him, that Urwah informed him, that Aishah informed him, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Any woman who is married off without the permission of her guardians, her marriage is void" -- three times -- "and she is entitled to her dower for what he took from her. If they dispute, then the ruler is the guardian of one who has no guardian."
