حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْمُغِيرَةِ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ قَالَ حَدَّثَنِي الزُّهْرِيُّ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَمْرَةَ بِنْتِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَعْدِ بْنِ زُرَارَةَ أَنَّ عَائِشَةَ زَوْجَ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَتْ اسْتُحِيضَتْ أُمُّ حَبِيبَةَ بِنْتُ جَحْشٍ وَهِيَ تَحْتَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ عَوْفٍ سَبْعَ سِنِينَ فَشَكَتْ ذَلِكَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ إِنَّ هَذَا لَيْسَتْ بِالْحَيْضَةِ وَإِنَّمَا هُوَ عِرْقٌ فَإِذَا أَقْبَلَتْ الْحَيْضَةُ فَدَعِي الصَّلَاةَ وَإِذَا أَدْبَرَتْ فَاغْتَسِلِي ثُمَّ صَلِّي قَالَتْ عَائِشَةُ فَكَانَتْ تَغْتَسِلُ لِكُلِّ صَلَاةٍ ثُمَّ تُصَلِّي وَكَانَتْ تَقْعُدُ فِي مِرْكَنٍ لِأُخْتِهَا زَيْنَبَ بِنْتِ جَحْشٍ حَتَّى أَنَّ حُمْرَةَ الدَّمِ لَتَعْلُو الْمَاءَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Abu al-Mughirah told us: al-Awza'i told us: al-Zuhri told me, from Urwah, from Amrah bint Abd al-Rahman ibn Sa'd ibn Zurarah, that A'isha, wife of the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: Umm Habibah bint Jahsh suffered from istihadah while she was married to Abd al-Rahman ibn Awf, for seven years, and she complained of this to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "This is not menstruation; it is only from a blood vessel. So when the menstruation comes, leave the prayer, and when it departs, perform ghusl and pray." A'isha said: So she used to perform ghusl for every prayer, then pray, and she used to sit in a basin belonging to her sister Zaynab bint Jahsh, until the redness of the blood would rise to the surface of the water.
