Muhammad b. Bakr told us, saying: al-Nahhas informed us, from Shaddad Abu Ammar, from Awf b. Malik, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "I and a woman with dark, sun-marked cheeks will be like these two on the Day of Resurrection" — and he joined his index and middle fingers — "a woman of rank and beauty who was widowed from her husband and kept herself back for the sake of her orphans until they grew up or died."
