حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ أَخْبَرَنَا شَرِيكُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ عَنْ عَاصِمِ بْنِ أَبِي النَّجُودِ عَنْ زِرِّ بْنِ حُبَيْشٍ قَالَ قُلْتُ يَعْنِي لِحُذَيْفَةَ يَا أَبَا عَبْدِ اللَّهِ تَسَحَّرْتَ مَعَ رَسُولِ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ نَعَمْ قُلْتُ أَكَانَ الرَّجُلُ يُبْصِرُ مَوَاقِعَ نَبْلِهِ قَالَ نَعَمْ هُوَ النَّهَارُ إِلَّا أَنَّ الشَّمْسَ لَمْ تَطْلُعْ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
It was narrated to us by Yazid, who said: It was narrated to us by Sharik ibn Abdullah, from 'Asim ibn Abi al-Najud, from Zirr ibn Hubaysh, who said: I said — meaning to Hudhayfah — 'O Abu 'Abdullah, did you eat the pre-dawn meal with the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him?' He said: 'Yes.' I said: 'Could a man make out where his arrows fell?' He said: 'Yes, it was daylight, except that the sun had not yet risen.'
