حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ سَعِيدٍ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا سَلَمَةِ بْنَ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ سَمِعَ أَبَا قَتَادَةَ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقُولُ الرُّؤْيَا مِنْ اللَّهِ وَالْحُلْمُ مِنْ الشَّيْطَانِ فَإِذَا رَأَى أَحَدُكُمْ شَيْئًا يَكْرَهُهُ فَلْيَبْصُقْ عَنْ شِمَالِهِ ثَلَاثَ مَرَّاتٍ وَلْيَسْتَعِذْ بِاللَّهِ مِنْ شَرِّهَا فَإِنَّهَا لَنْ تَضُرَّهُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yahya ibn Sa'id narrated to us, from Yahya ibn Sa'id, who said: I heard Abu Salamah ibn 'Abd al-Rahman, who heard Abu Qatadah, that he heard the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) saying: "Dreams are from Allah and nightmares are from the devil. If one of you sees something he dislikes, let him spit to his left three times and seek refuge in Allah from its evil, for it will not harm him."
