Abd al-Samad told us, my father told me, and Hasan and Affan told us, Abd al-Warith told us, Husayn told us, Abdullah ibn Buraydah told us, from Abdullah al-Muzani, that the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Pray two rak'ahs before Maghrib." Then he said: "Pray two rak'ahs before Maghrib." Then he said the third time: "For whoever wishes" - out of dislike that people should take it as an established practice.
