حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ عَنْ يَحْيَى بْنِ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ عَنْ أَبِي الْمُهَلَّبِ أَنَّ عِمْرَانَ بْنَ حُصَيْنٍ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ امْرَأَةً أُتِيَتْ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنْ جُهَيْنَةَ حُبْلَى مِنْ الزِّنَا فَقَالَتْ يَا رَسُولَ اللَّهِ إِنِّي أَصَبْتُ حَدًّا فَأَقِمْهُ عَلَيَّ قَالَ فَدَعَا وَلِيَّهَا فَقَالَ أَحْسِنْ إِلَيْهَا فَإِذَا وَضَعَتْ فَأْتِنِي بِهَا فَفَعَل فَأَمَرَ بِهَا فَشُكَّتْ عَلَيْهَا ثِيَابُهَا ثُمَّ أَمَرَ بِهَا فَرُجِمَتْ ثُمَّ صَلَّى عَلَيْهَا فَقَالَ عُمَرُ رَضِيَ اللَّهُ تَعَالَى عَنْهُ تُصَلِّي عَلَيْهَا وَقَدْ زَنَتْ فَقَالَ لَقَدْ تَابَتْ تَوْبَةً لَوْ قُسِمَتْ بَيْنَ سَبْعِينَ مِنْ أَهْلِ الْمَدِينَةِ لَوَسِعَتْهُمْ وَهَلْ وَجَدْتَ أَفْضَلَ مِنْ أَنْ جَادَتْ بِنَفْسِهَا لِلَّهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yahya ibn Said narrated to us, Hisham narrated to us, from Yahya ibn Abi Kathir, from Abu Qilabah, from Abu al-Muhallab, that Imran ibn Husayn narrated to him that a woman from Juhaynah was brought to the Prophet (peace be upon him), pregnant from adultery. She said: 'O Messenger of Allah, I have committed an offense deserving a legal punishment, so carry it out on me.' He called her guardian and said: 'Treat her well, and when she gives birth, bring her to me.' He did so. He ordered her clothes to be fastened tightly upon her, then ordered her stoning and she was stoned. Then he prayed over her. Umar (may Allah be pleased with him) said: 'You pray over her when she committed adultery?' He said: 'She repented with such a repentance that if it were divided among seventy of the people of Madinah, it would suffice them. Have you found anything better than her sacrificing herself for the sake of Allah, Mighty and Majestic?'
