حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ وَرَوْحُ بْنُ عُبَادَةَ قَالَا ثَنَا ثَابِتُ بْنُ عُمَارَةَ عَن غُنَيْمِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ عَن أَبِي مُوسَى الْأَشْعَرِيِّ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ رَوْحٌ قَالَ سَمِعْتُ غُنَيْمًا قَالَ سَمِعْتُ أَبَا مُوسَى يَقُولُ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَيُّمَا امْرَأَةٍ اسْتَعْطَرَتْ ثُمَّ مَرَّتْ عَلَى الْقَوْمِ لِيَجِدُوا رِيحَهَا فَهِيَ زَانِيَةٌ.

Abd al-Wahid and Rawh ibn Ubadah told us, they said: Thabit ibn Umarah told us, from Ghunaym ibn Qays, from Abu Musa al-Ash'ari, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said - Rawh said: I heard Ghunaym say: I heard Abu Musa say: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "Any woman who perfumes herself and then passes by people so that they may smell her fragrance is an adulteress."
