حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْوَاحِدِ الْحَدَّادُ قَالَ ثَنَا يُونُسُ عَن أَبِي بُرْدَةَ عَن أَبِي مُوسَى أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا نِكَاحَ إِلَّا بِوَلِيٍّ.

Abd al-Wahid al-Haddad told us: Yunus told us, from Abu Burdah, from Abu Musa, that the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said, "There is no marriage without a guardian."
