حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى هُوَ ابْنُ سَعِيدٍ حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ عَنْ فِرَاسٍ عَنْ مُدْرِكِ بْنِ عُمَارَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ أَبِي أَوْفَى عَنْ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ لَا يَشْرَبُ الْخَمْرَ حِينَ يَشْرَبُهَا وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَزْنِي حِينَ يَزْنِي وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ وَلَا يَنْتَهِبُ نُهْبَةً ذَاتَ شَرَفٍ أَوْ سَرَفٍ وَهُوَ مُؤْمِنٌ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Yahya - that is, Ibn Sa'id - told us: Shu'bah told us, from Firas, from Mudrik ibn 'Umarah, from Ibn Abi Awfa, from the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him), who said, "The one who drinks wine does not drink it while he is a believer, and the one who commits adultery does not commit it while he is a believer, and the one who plunders a plunder of note or excess does not do so while he is a believer."
