Waki' told us, Sufyan told us, from Zayd ibn Aslam - Sufyan would sometimes say "from Busr" or "Busr ibn Mihjan," then afterward he would say "from Abu Mihjan al-Dili" - from his father, who said: I came to the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, while he was in the mosque, and the time for prayer arrived, so he prayed. He said to me, "Did you not pray?" I said, "O Messenger of Allah, I had already prayed at my camp, then I came to you." He said, "If you have done that, then pray with them and make it a voluntary prayer." My father said: Abu Nu'aym and Abd al-Rahman did not say "and make it a voluntary prayer."
