حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمٌ قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا شَيْبَانُ عَنْ عَاصِمٍ عَنْ خَيْثَمَةَ وَالشَّعْبِيِّ عَنِ النُّعْمَانِ بْنِ بَشِيرٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَيْرُ النَّاسِ قَرْنِي ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ يَلُونَهُمْ ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ يَلُونَهُمْ ثُمَّ الَّذِينَ يَلُونَهُمْ ثُمَّ يَأْتِي قَوْمٌ تَسْبِقُ أَيْمَانُهُمْ شَهَادَتَهُمْ وَشَهَادَتُهُمْ أَيْمَانَهُمْ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hashim narrated to us, who said: Shayban narrated to us, from Asim, from Khaythamah and al-Sha'bi, from al-Nu'man ibn Bashir, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: The best of people are my generation, then those who come after them, then those who come after them, then those who come after them - then there will come a people whose oaths precede their testimony and whose testimony precedes their oaths.
