It was narrated to us by Musa ibn Dawud, it was narrated to us by Ibn Lahi'ah, from Yazid ibn Abi Habib, from Abd al-Rahman ibn Abi Hassan, from Mukhayyis ibn Zabyan, from a man of Banu Judham, from Malik ibn Ataahiyah, who said: I heard the Prophet (peace and blessings be upon him) say: "If you meet one who collects a tenth unjustly, kill him." It was narrated to us by Qutaybah ibn Sa'id with this hadith, though he shortened part of the chain of narrators, and he said: he meant by that the charity-collector who takes it wrongfully.
