Abu Salamah narrated to us, he said: Bakr ibn Mudar informed us, from Yazid ibn Abdullah ibn Usamah ibn al-Had, from Muhammad ibn Ibrahim, from Busr ibn Sa'id, from Abu Qays, the freed slave of Amr, from Amr ibn al-'As, that he heard the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, say: 'When a judge passes judgment, exercising his best effort, and is correct, he has two rewards; and when he passes judgment, exercising his best effort, and errs, he has one reward.'
