حَدَّثَنَا حَسَنٌ حَدَّثَنَا زُهَيْرٌ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَغْلِقُوا الْأَبْوَابَ وَأَوْكِئُوا الْأَسْقِيَةَ وَخَمِّرُوا الْإِنَاءَ وَأَطْفِئُوا السُّرُجَ فَإِنَّ الشَّيْطَانَ لَا يَفْتَحُ غُلُقًا وَلَا يَحُلُّ وِكَاءً وَلَا يَكْشِفُ إِنَاءً فَإِنَّ الْفُوَيْسِقَةَ تُضْرِمُ عَلَى أَهْلِ الْبَيْتِ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hasan told us, Zuhayr told us, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings be upon him) said: Close the doors, tie up the water-skins, cover the vessels, and extinguish the lamps, for Satan does not open a closed door, nor untie a tied water-skin, nor uncover a covered vessel; and the little vermin may set the household ablaze.
