حَدَّثَنَا حُجَيْنٌ حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ وَإِسْحَاقُ بْنُ عِيسَى حَدَّثَنَا لَيْثٌ حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ قَالَ جَاءَ عَبْدٌ فَبَايَعَ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَلَى الْهِجْرَةِ وَلَمْ يَشْعُرْ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّهُ عَبْدٌ فَجَاءَ سَيِّدُهُ يُرِيدُهُ فَقَالَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِعْنِيهِ فَاشْتَرَاهُ بِعَبْدَيْنِ أَسْوَدَيْنِ ثُمَّ لَمْ يُبَايِعْ أَحَدًا بَعْدُ حَتَّى يَسْأَلَهُ أَعَبْدٌ هُوَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Hujayn told us: Layth told us, from Abu al-Zubayr; and Ishaq ibn Isa told us: Layth told us, Abu al-Zubayr told me, from Jabir ibn Abdullah, who said: A slave came and gave the pledge of allegiance to the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, for emigration, and the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, was not aware that he was a slave. Then his master came seeking him, so the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "Sell him to me," and he bought him for two black slaves. After that, he would not take anyone's pledge of allegiance until he asked him whether he was a slave.
