حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ عَنْ ابْنِ جُرَيْجٍ عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ الشُّفْعَةُ فِي كُلِّ شِرْكٍ رَبْعَةٍ أَوْ حَائِطٍ لَا يَصْلُحُ لَهُ أَنْ يَبِيعَ حَتَّى يُؤْذِنَ شَرِيكَهُ فَإِنْ بَاعَ فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ حَتَّى يُؤْذِنَهُ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
Isma'il told us, from Ibn Jurayj, from Abu al-Zubayr, from Jabir, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The right of pre-emption (shuf'ah) applies to every joint ownership of land or an enclosed property; it is not proper for him to sell until he informs his partner. If he sells without doing so, the partner has more right to it until he is informed."
