حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ أَخْبَرَنِي أَبُو الزُّبَيْرِ أَنَّهُ سَمِعَ جَابِرَ بْنَ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ يَقُولُ صَلَّى النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بِنَا يَوْمَ النَّحْرِ بِالْمَدِينَةِ فَتَقَدَّمَ رِجَالٌ فَنَحَرُوا وَظَنُّوا أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَدْ نَحَرَ فَأَمَرَ مَنْ كَانَ قَدْ نَحَرَ قَبْلَهُ أَنْ يُعِيدَ بِنَحْرٍ آخَرَ وَلَا وَلِيَنْحَرْ حَتَّى يَنْحَرَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ.
انگریزی ترجمہ
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) returned from the battle of Tabuk and when he drew near to Madinah, he said: 'Indeed in Madinah there are people who did not march with you through any valley or traverse any distance except that they were with you.' They said: 'O Messenger of Allah, while they are in Madinah?' He said: 'While they are in Madinah — illness detained them.'
