Muhammad ibn Ja'far told us: 'Awf told us, from Khilas, from Abu Hurayrah, who said: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said: "The likeness of one who takes back his gift is the likeness of a dog that eats until, when it is full, it vomits, then returns to its vomit and eats it." Muhammad ibn Ja'far told us: 'Awf told us, from Muhammad ibn Sirin, from Abu Hurayrah, from the Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, similar to the hadith of Khilas concerning the gift.
