English Translation
Abdullah ibn Mas'ud said regarding the verse 'And whoever intends therein deviation with injustice, We will make him taste of a painful punishment': "Whoever intends to commit a sin in a place other than the Sacred House, it is not recorded against him until he commits it. But whoever intends to commit a sin in the Sacred House, Allah will not let him leave this world until He makes him taste a painful punishment."
