Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:8115 حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدَانُ بْنُ أَحْمَدَ الْأَهْوَازِيُّ ثنا زَيْدُ بْنُ الْحَرِيشِ ثنا مَيْمُونُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ عَنْ لَيْثٍ عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ سَابِطٍ عَنْ أَبِي أُمَامَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ أَنَّهُ رَأَى رَجُلًا تَوَضَّأَ لِلصَّلَاةِ وَقَدْ تَرَكَ مَوْضِعَ ظُفْرٍ مِنَ الْوُضُوءِ فَأَمَرَهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ أَنْ يُسْبِغَ الْوُضُوءَ ثُمَّ قَالَ «وَيْلٌ لِلْعَرَاقِيبِ مِنَ النَّارِ»
English Translation
The Prophet (peace be upon him) saw a man who performed wudu for prayer but had left a spot the size of a fingernail unwashed. The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) commanded him to complete his wudu properly, then said: "Woe to the ankles from the Fire."
