Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:6932 حَدَّثَنَا سَعِيدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ الْمُسْتَمِرِّ الْعُرُوقِيُّ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بَكَّارٍ ثنا سَعِيدُ بْنُ بَشِيرٍ عَنْ مَطَرٍ الْوَرَّاقِ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ ﷺ فِي الْكُفَّارِ «اقْتُلُوا شُيُوخَهُمْ وَاسْتَحْيُوا شَرْخَهُمْ»
English Translation
The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: 'Whoever sells a palm tree after it has been pollinated, the fruit belongs to the one who pollinated it, unless the buyer made a condition.'
