Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:6931 حَدَّثَنَا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ التُّسْتَرِيُّ ثنا عُمَرُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ الْحَسَنِ ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ طَهْمَانَ عَنْ مَطَرٍ الْوَرَّاقِ عَنِ الْحَسَنِ عَنْ سَمُرَةَ عَنِ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ قَالَ «كُلُّ مَوْلُودٍ مُرْتَهَنٌ بِعَقِيقَتِهِ يُذْبَحُ عَنْهُ يَوْمَ سَابِعِهِ وَيُسَمَّى وَيُحْلَقُ»
English Translation
The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'If the owner of a fruit palm sells it after it has been pollinated, the fruit belongs to the seller unless the buyer stipulates otherwise.'
