Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:2005 حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ غَنَّامٍ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ ثنا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ بِشْرٍ عَنْ زَكَرِيَّا بْنِ أَبِي زَائِدَةَ ح وَحَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ مُحَمَّدٍ ثنا سَهْلُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا حَدَّثَنِي أَبِي عَنْ سِمَاكٍ عَنْ جَابِرٍ قَالَ «كُنْتُ أُصَلِّي مَعَ النَّبِيِّ ﷺ الصَّلَوَاتِ وَكَانَتْ صَلَاتُهُ قَصْدًا وَخُطْبَتُهُ قَصْدًا»
English Translation
Jabir ibn Samurah said: "The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) came out to us and said: 'Will you not form rows as the angels form rows before their Lord?' They said: 'How do the angels form rows before their Lord?' He said: 'They complete the first row and stand close together in the row.'"
