Ḥadīth | Ṭabarānī (الطبراني) tabarani:11609 حَدَّثَنَا الْقَاسِمُ بْنُ زَكَرِيَّا ثنا إِبْرَاهِيمُ بْنُ يُوسُفَ الصَّيْرَفِيُّ ثنا الْحُسَيْنُ بْنُ عِيسَى الْحَنَفِيُّ ثنا الْحَكَمُ بْنُ أَبَانَ عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ «أُمُّ الْوَلَدِ حُرَّةٌ وإِنْ كَانَ سَقْطًا»
English Translation
Ibn Abbas narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: 'The mother of a child [a slave woman who bears her master's child] is free, even if the child was a miscarriage.'
