English Translation
Ibn Abbas reported from the Prophet (peace be upon him) who said: 'The Black Stone is from the stones of Paradise, and there is nothing on earth from Paradise other than it. It was white like a pearl, and were it not for what touched it of the filth of the pre-Islamic period, no person with an ailment would touch it except that he would be healed.'
