Arabic (Original)
نَا أَبُو الأَحْوَصِ، عَنْ مَنْصُورٍ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ، فِيالرَّجُلِ يَذْبَحُ، فَيَنْسَى أَنْ يُسَمِّيَ , قَالَ:" يَأْكُلُ".
English Translation
Mujahid (may Allah have mercy on him) said regarding the verse: 'And We shaded you with clouds and sent down to you manna and quails' (al-Baqarah: 57) — He said: 'The manna was a substance like gum that would fall upon the trees.'
Urdu Translation
ابراہیم نخعی رحمہ اللہ سے روایت ہے کہ اگر کوئی شخص ذبح کرتے وقت اللہ کا نام لینا بھول جائے تو انہوں نے فرمایا: وہ گوشت کھا سکتا ہے۔[سنن سعید بن منصور/كتاب التفسير/حدیث: 913]
