Arabic (Original)
عن أبي مرثد كناز بن الحصين رضي الله عنه قال: سمعت رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يقول: "لا تصلوا إلى القبور، ولا تجلسوا عليها" ((رواه مسلم)).
English Translation
Hadrat Abu Marthad Kannaz bin Husain (may Allah be well pleased with him) said:I heard the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) saying: "Do not offer Salat (prayer) facing the graves and do not sit on them.".
Urdu Translation
حضرت ابو مرثد کناز بن حصین رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ میں نے رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کو ارشاد فرماتے ہوئے سنا: قبروں کی طرف منہ کر کے نماز نہ پڑھو اور نہ ان پر بیٹھو۔ (مسلم)
