English Translation
Narrated Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him): The Prophet (peace be upon him) said: "O Muslim women, let none of you belittle (a gift) to her neighbour, even if it be the trotter of a goat." (That is, neither should the receiver refuse it deeming it trifling, nor should the giver refrain from giving out of embarrassment.)
Urdu Translation
سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہنبی کریمصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا: اے مسلمان عورتو! کوئی تم میں سے اپنے ہمسائے کو حقیر نہ جانے اگرچہ بکری کا ایک کھر ہی دے۔ (یعنی نہ لینے والا اس کو حقیر سمجھ کر انکار کرے نہ دینے والا شرمندہ ہو کر دینے سے باز رہے)۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 541]
