English Translation
Anas (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: "By the One in Whose hand is my soul, none of you truly believes until he wishes for his brother — or his neighbor — what he wishes for himself."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا انس رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا مجھے قسم ہے اس ذات کی جس کے ہاتھ میں میری جان ہے کہ کوئی آدمی مومن نہیں ہو سکتا جب تک کہ اپنے یا ہمسایہ بھائی کیلئے وہی نہ چاہے جو وہ اپنے لئے چاہتا ہے۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 24]
