English Translation
Narrated Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him): The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, "A man was driving a bull on which he had loaded a burden. The bull looked at him and said, 'I was not created for this; rather I was created for tillage.' The people said (in astonishment and fear), 'Glory be to Allah! A bull speaks!'" Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) said that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, "I believe this to be true, and Abu Bakr and Umar also believe it to be true." "And a shepherd was among his sheep when a wolf sprang and carried off a sheep. The shepherd chased it and rescued the sheep from it, whereupon the wolf looked at him and said, 'Who will protect it on the day when there will be no shepherd but me?' (a warning about a day when the people of ignorance would be busy in play and sport while wolves carried off sheep, or the days of calamity and tribulation near the end of time when people, stricken by misfortune, will neglect the care of their wealth)." The people said, "Glory be to Allah!" The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, "I believe this to be true, and Abu Bakr and Umar also believe it to be true." (In another narration, Abu Bakr and Umar, may Allah be pleased with them both, were not present. From this hadith their great merit is drawn, that the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him, had such trust in them that whatever he believed, they too would surely believe.) Urdu Translation
سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہرسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا: ایک شخص ایک بیل پر بوجھ لادے ہوئے اسے ہانک رہا تھا، بیل نے اس کی طرف دیکھا اور کہا کہ میں اس لئے نہیں پیدا ہوا بلکہ میں تو کھیت کے لئے پیدا ہوا ہوں۔ لوگوں نے (تعجب اور ڈر سے) کہا کہ سبحان اللہ بیل بات کرتا ہے۔ سیدنا ابوہریرہ رضی اللہ عنہ کہتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا کہ میں تو اس بات کو سچ جانتا ہوں اور ابوبکر اور عمر بھی سچ جانتے ہیں۔ ایک چرواہا اپنی بکریوں میں تھا، اتنے میں ایک بھیڑیا لپکا اور ایک بکری لے گیا۔ چرواہے نے اس کا پیچھا کیا اور بکری کو اس سے چھڑا لیا تو بھیڑیئے نے اس کی طرف دیکھا اور کہا کہ اس دن بکری کو کون بچائے گا جس دن سوائے میرے کوئی چرواہا نہ ہو گا (وعید کہ جس دن جاہلیت والے کھیل کود میں مصروف رہتے اور بھیڑیئے بکریاں لے جاتے یا قیامت کے قریب آفت اور فتنہ کے دن جب لوگ مصیبت کے مارے اپنے مال کے فکر سے غافل ہو جائیں گے)۔ لوگوں نے کہا سبحان اللہ! رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا کہ میں تو اس کو سچ جانتا ہوں اور ابوبکر اور عمر بھی سچ جانتے ہیں (دوسری روایت میں ہے کہ ابوبکر اور عمر رضی اللہ عنہما موجود نہ تھے اس حدیث سے ان کی بڑی فضیلت نکلی کہ آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمکو ان پر ایسا بھروسہ تھا کہ جو بات آپصلی اللہ علیہ وسلممانتے ہیں وہ بھی ضرور مانیں گے)۔[مختصر صحيح مسلم/حدیث: 1624]
