وَعَنْ حُذَيْفَةَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: إِنِّي لَا أَدْرِي مَا بَقَائِي فِيكُمْ؟ فَاقْتَدُوا بِاللَّذَيْنِ مِنْ بَعْدِي: أَبِي بكر وَعمر. رَوَاهُ التِّرْمِذِيّ
English Translation
Abu Hurayrah (may Allah be pleased with him) reported that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said to 'Ali: "You are to me in the position of Harun to Musa, except that there is no prophet after me." This hadith has been mentioned in the chapter on the virtues in the earlier section. Its chain is sound, reported by Tirmidhi.

حذیفہ رضی اللہ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں، رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے فرمایا:”میں نہیں جانتا کہ میں تم میں کتنی دیر باقی رہوں گا، میرے بعد تم ابوبکر اور عمر دونوں کی اقتدا کرنا۔“حسن، راہ الترمذی۔[مشكوة المصابيح/كتاب المناقب/حدیث: 6061]
