أَخْبَرَنَامُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْحَكَمِ، أَنَّابْنَ وَهْبٍ، أَخْبَرَهُمْ قَالَ: أَنِييُونُسُ، عَنِابْنِ شِهَابٍ، قَالَ: أَنِيأَبُو سَلَمَةَ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ،وَسُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ يَسَارٍ، عَنْرَجُلٍمِنْ أَصْحَابِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ مِنَ الأَنْصَارِ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ" أَقَرَّ الْقَسَامَةَ عَلَى مَا كَانَتْ عَلَيْهِ فِي الْجَاهِلِيَّةِ".
English Translation
Narrated from a man among the Companions of the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) from the Ansar: The Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) upheld the practice of qasamah (oath-taking in murder cases) as it had been in the pre-Islamic period.

ایک انصاری صحابی بیان کرتے ہیں کہ رسول الله صلی الله علیہ وسلم نے قسامہ کو اسی طرح برقرار رکھا جیسے دور جاہلیت میں تھا۔[المنتقى ابن الجارود/كتاب الطلاق/حدیث: 797]
