حَدَّثَنَامُحَمَّدُ بْنُ يَحْيَى، قَالَ: ثناابْنُ أَبِي مَرْيَمَ، قَالَ: أنامُوسَى بْنُ يَعْقُوبَ، قَالَ: أَنِيأَبُو حَازِمِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ، قَالَ: أَنِيسَهْلُ بْنُ سَعْدٍرَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ:" ثِنْتَانِ لا يُرَدَّانِ، أَوْ قَالَ مَا تُرَدَّانِ: الدُّعَاءُ عِنْدَ النِّدَاءِ، وَعِنْدَ الْبَأْسِ حِينَ يُلْحِمُ بَعْضُهُمْ بَعْضًا".
English Translation
Sahl ibn Sa'd (may Allah be pleased with him) narrated that the Messenger of Allah (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) said: "There are two supplications that are never rejected — or he said: are rarely rejected — the supplication at the time of the call to prayer, and the supplication at the time of battle when the fighters are engaged with one another."
Urdu Translation
سیدنا سہل بن سعد رضی اللہ عنہ بیان کرتے ہیں کہ رسول اللہصلی اللہ علیہ وسلمنے فرمایا: دو دعائیں نامنظور نہیں ہوتیں، اذان کے وقت دعا کرنا اور لڑائی کے وقت دعا کرنا جب وہ خوب زوروں پر ہو۔[المنتقى ابن الجارود/كتاب الطلاق/حدیث: 1065]
