أَخْبَرَنَا الْحَسَنُ بْنُ سُفْيَانَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ أَبِي شَيْبَةَ حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ حَدَّثَنَا أَبَانُ الْعَطَّارُ حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ عَنْ أَنَسٍ أَنَّ نَبِيَّ اللَّهِ ﷺ قَالَ ذَاتَ يَوْمٍ «مَا أَصْبَحَ فِي آلِ مُحَمَّدٍ صَاعُ بُرٍّ وَلَا صَاعُ تَمْرٍ»
English Translation
Hadrat Anas (may Allah be well pleased with him) narrated that the Beloved Prophet of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated one day: "Not even a sa' of wheat or a sa' of dates was found in the household of Muhammad this morning."
Urdu Translation
حضرت انس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ نبی اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ایک دن ارشاد فرمایا: "آل محمد کے پاس آج صبح ایک صاع گندم نہیں ہے نہ ایک صاع کھجور۔"
