قَدَرُ اللهِ وَمَا شَاءَ فَعَلَ
English Translation
It is the decree of Allah, and He does what He wills. (The Prophet, peace be upon him, said: The strong believer is better and more beloved to Allah than the weak believer, and in each there is good. Strive for what benefits you, seek help from Allah, and do not give up. If something befalls you, do not say 'If only I had done such-and-such,' but say: 'It is the decree of Allah, and He does what He wills,' for 'if only' opens the door to the work of Satan.)
Urdu Translation
”اللہ نے تقدیر میں لکھ دیا اور جو چاہا کیا۔“رسول اللہ صلی اللہ علیہ و سلم نے فرمایا:”اور طاقتور مومن کمزور مومن سے بہتر اور اللہ کے ہاں پسندیدہ ہے۔ اور ہر ایک میں بھلائی ہے، جو چیز تجھے نفع دے اس کی حرص کرو، اللہ سے مدد مانگتے رہو، عاجز نہ بنو، اور اگر تجھے کوئی نقصان دہ معاملہ پہنچے تو یہ مت کہو، اگر میں اس طرح کرتا تو اس طرح ہو جاتا، لیکن یہ کہو، اللہ تعالیٰ نے اسے تقدیر میں لکھ دیا تھا اور جو چاہا کیا، کیونکہ”اگر“شیطان کے عمل کا دروازہ کھولتا ہے۔“[صحيح مسلم: 2664][مختصر حصن المسلم/ابواب/حدیث: 157]
