حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرِ بْنُ إِسْحَاقَ الْفَقِيهُ أَنْبَأَ عَلِيُّ بْنُ الْحُسَيْنِ بْنِ الْجُنَيْدِ ثنا الْمُعَافَى بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ ثنا زُهَيْرٌ ثنا هِشَامُ بْنُ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عُرْوَةَ عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ أَرْقَمَ أَنَّهُ خَرَجَ حَاجًّا أَوْ مُعْتَمِرًا وَمَعَهُ النَّاسُ وَهُوَ يَؤُمُّهُمْ فَلَمَّا كَانَ ذَاتَ يَوْمٍ أَقَامَ الصَّلَاةَ صَلَاةَ الصُّبْحِ ثُمَّ قَالَ لِيَتَقَدَّمْ أَحَدُكُمْ وَذَهَبَ إِلَى الْخَلَاءِ ثُمَّ قَالَ إِنِّي سَمِعْتُ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ ﷺ يَقُولُ «إِذَا أَرَادَ أَحَدُكُمْ أَنْ يَذْهَبَ إِلَى الْخَلَاءِ وَقَامَتِ الصَّلَاةُ فَلْيَبْدَأْ بِالْخَلَاءِ» «هَذَا حَدِيثٌ صَحِيحٌ عَلَى شَرْطِ الشَّيْخَيْنِ وَلَمْ يُخَرِّجَاهُ وَلَهُ شُهُودٌ بِأَسَانِيدَ صَحِيحَةٍ» على شرطهما
English Translation
Abu Bakr ibn Ishaq al-Faqih narrated to us... from Hadrat Abdullah ibn Arqam (may Allah be well pleased with him) that he set out on Hajj or Umrah with people, leading them in prayer. One day he called the iqamah for the Fajr prayer, then said: "Let one of you come forward (to lead)," and he went to the privy. Then he said: "I heard the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) saying: 'When one of you needs to go to the privy and the prayer has been established, let him begin with the privy.'" This is a hadith authentic according to the conditions of the two Shaykhs, yet they did not record it. It has supporting narrations with authentic chains.
Urdu Translation
حضرت عبداللہ بن ارقم رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ سے روایت ہے کہ وہ لوگوں کے ساتھ حج یا عمرے کے لیے نکلے اور ان کی امامت کرا رہے تھے۔ ایک دن انہوں نے فجر کی نماز کی اقامت کہی، پھر فرمایا: "تم میں سے کوئی آگے بڑھ کر امامت کرائے" اور خود بیت الخلاء چلے گئے۔ پھر فرمایا: "میں نے حضور نبی اکرم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم کو فرماتے سنا: 'جب تم میں سے کوئی بیت الخلاء جانا چاہے اور نماز کھڑی ہو جائے تو پہلے بیت الخلاء جائے۔'" یہ حدیث شیخین کی شرط پر صحیح ہے مگر انہوں نے اسے تخریج نہیں کیا۔ اس کے صحیح اسانید سے شواہد موجود ہیں۔
