أَخْبَرَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ حَرْبٍ ، حَدَّثَنَا شُعْبَةُ ، عَنْ أَيُّوبَ ، عَنْ الْقَاسِمِ بْنِ رَبِيعَةَ ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ عَمْرٍو ، قَالَ : قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ :" دِيَةُ قَتِيلِ الْخَطَإِ شِبْهِ الْعَمْدِ، وَمَا كَانَ بِالسَّوْطِ وَالْعَصَا مِائَةٌ مِنْهَا : أَرْبَعُونَ فِي بُطُونِهَا أَوْلَادُهَا "
English Translation
Hadrat Abdullah ibn Amr (may Allah be well pleased with them both) narrated that the Beloved Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) stated: "The blood money for accidental killing that resembles intentional killing — and what is done with a whip or a stick — is one hundred camels, of which forty should be pregnant she-camels."
Urdu Translation
حضرت عبداللہ بن عمرو رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما سے روایت ہے کہ رسول اللہ صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے ارشاد فرمایا: "خطا کے قتل کی دیت جو شبہ عمد ہو — اور جو کوڑے اور لاٹھی سے ہو — سو اونٹ ہیں جن میں سے چالیس حاملہ اونٹنیاں ہوں۔"
