Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَا حَفْصُ بْنُ عُمَرَ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنْ أَنَسٍ، قَالَ ضَحَّى النَّبِيُّ صلى الله عليه وسلم بِكَبْشَيْنِ، يُسَمِّي وَيُكَبِّرُ.
English Translation
Hafs bin Umar narrated to us, he said Hisham narrated to us, from Qatadah, from Hadrat Anas (may Allah be well pleased with him) who said: The Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) sacrificed two rams, mentioning the name of Allah and saying Takbir (while slaughtering them).
Urdu Translation
ہم سے حفص بن عمر نے بیان کیا، انہوں نے کہا ہم سے ہشام نے بیان کیا، ان سے قتادہ نے اور ان سے حضرت انس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے دو مینڈھوں کی قربانی فرمائی، (ذبح کرتے وقت) اللہ کا نام لیتے اور تکبیر کہتے تھے۔
