Arabic (Original)
وَأَنَّ عَبْدَ اللَّهِ بْنَ عُمَرَ حَدَّثَهُ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم صَلَّى فِي طَرَفِ تَلْعَةٍ مِنْ وَرَاءِ الْعَرْجِ وَأَنْتَ ذَاهِبٌ إِلَى هَضْبَةٍ عِنْدَ ذَلِكَ الْمَسْجِدِ قَبْرَانِ أَوْ ثَلاَثَةٌ، عَلَى الْقُبُورِ رَضْمٌ مِنْ حِجَارَةٍ عَنْ يَمِينِ الطَّرِيقِ، عِنْدَ سَلِمَاتِ الطَّرِيقِ، بَيْنَ أُولَئِكَ السَّلِمَاتِ كَانَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ يَرُوحُ مِنَ الْعَرْجِ بَعْدَ أَنْ تَمِيلَ الشَّمْسُ بِالْهَاجِرَةِ، فَيُصَلِّي الظُّهْرَ فِي ذَلِكَ الْمَسْجِدِ.
English Translation
And Hadrat 'Abdullah bin 'Umar (may Allah be well pleased with them both) narrated (to Nafi') that the Beloved Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) prayed at the edge of a valley beyond al-'Arj, going towards a hill. Near that mosque there are two or three graves with stones piled upon them, to the right of the road by the large boulders along the path. Between those boulders is where the Beloved Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) prayed. Hadrat ' Abdullah (may Allah be well pleased with him) would depart from al-'Arj after the sun had passed its zenith and would pray Zuhr at that spot.
Urdu Translation
اور حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما نے (نافع سے) بیان کیا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے عرج کے قریب ایک نالے کے کنارے پر نماز ادا فرمائی جو پہاڑ (ہضبہ) کی طرف جاتا ہے۔ اس مسجد کے پاس دو یا تین قبریں ہیں جن پر اوپر تلے پتھر رکھے ہوئے ہیں۔ یہ راستے کے دائیں جانب بڑے پتھروں کے پاس ہیں۔ انہیں پتھروں کے درمیان (نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے) نماز ادا فرمائی۔ حضرت عبداللہ بن عمر رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما عرج سے سورج ڈھلنے کے بعد چلتے اور ظہر کی نماز اسی مقام پر آ کر ادا فرماتے۔
