Arabic (Original)
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو عَاصِمٍ الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ مَخْلَدٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، عَنْ عَطَاءٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ ـ رضى الله عنهما ـ أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صلى الله عليه وسلم أَرْدَفَ الْفَضْلَ، فَأَخْبَرَ الْفَضْلُ أَنَّهُ لَمْ يَزَلْ يُلَبِّي حَتَّى رَمَى الْجَمْرَةَ.
English Translation
It is narrated by Hadrat Ibn 'Abbas (may Allah be well pleased with them both) that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) made Hadrat al-Fadl (may Allah be well pleased with him) ride behind him, and Hadrat al-Fadl (may Allah be well pleased with him) informed that the Noble Prophet (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) kept on reciting Talbiya till he did the Rami of the Jamra (Jamrat al-'Aqaba).
Urdu Translation
ہم سے ابوعاصم ضحاک بن مخلد نے بیان کیا، انہیں ابن جریج نے خبر دی، انہیں عطاء نے، انہیں حضرت ابن عباس رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہما نے فرمایا کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم نے (مزدلفہ سے لوٹتے وقت) حضرت فضل (بن عباس) رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ کو اپنے پیچھے سوار فرمایا تھا۔ حضرت فضل رضی اللہ تعالیٰ عنہ نے خبر دی کہ نبی کریم صلی اللہ تعالیٰ علیہ وآلہ وسلم رمی جمرہ تک برابر لبیک پکارتے رہے۔
