حَدَّثَنا إبراهيم بن نصر حَدَّثَنا أبو نعيم وموسى بن إسماعيل قال حدثنا حمَّاد بن سَلَمة عن حكيم الأثرم عن أبي تميمة الهجيمي عن أبي هريرة رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قال من أتى كاهنا فصدقه بما يقول أو أتى امرأة حائضا أو أتى امرأة في دبرها فقد برئ مما أنزل على مُحَمَّد صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَوَهَذَا الحديثُ لا نعلمه رواه بهذا اللفظ إلا حكيم الأثرم عن أبي تميمة عن أبي هريرة رَضِيَ اللهُ عَنْهُ وحكيم منكر الحديث لا يحتج بحديث له إذا انفرد به وهذا مما تفرد به بشير بن كعب
English Translation
Ibrahim ibn Nasr narrated to us, Abu Nu'aym and Musa ibn Isma'il narrated to us, they said: Hammad ibn Salamah narrated to us from Hakim al-Athram from Abu Tamimah al-Hujaymi from Hadrat Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him) said: "Whoever goes to a soothsayer and believes what he says, or approaches a menstruating woman, or approaches a woman in her back passage, has disassociated himself from what was revealed to Muhammad (blessings and peace of Allah be upon him)." This hadith is not known to be narrated with this wording except by Hakim al-Athram from Abu Tamimah from Abu Hurairah (may Allah be well pleased with him). Hakim is munkar al-hadith [rejected in hadith]; his hadith is not accepted as proof when he is alone in it. This is among what is uniquely narrated through Bashir ibn Ka'b.
